About InspecTech Home Inspections
Our InspecTech team has been working in residential and commercial real estate on southern Vancouver Island for over 25 years. InspecTech Certified Inspectors have the knowledge and experience necessary to complete a thorough, professional inspection of a property you’re considering, providing you the confidence you need to make the right call.
KERRY SMITH is a licensed building inspector through Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC) license BC150 and certified by the Province of BC (license # 47674). Kerry was born and raised in Victoria, BC to one of the city’s oldest and most respected construction families. His now 45 years in the industry having built condominiums, townhouses, commercial buildings and over 200 homes is a major asset as a building inspector. Kerry’s knowledge and expertise are well known in the inspection and construction communities making him a sought after instructor of inspection practice and technology.
Our Inspectors
At InspecTech, all inspectors are fully certified, licensed and insured professionals. In addition to passing provincial government and industry association licensing requirements, we raise the bar by requiring each inspector to complete the intensive InspecTech apprenticeship and testing program.
