Our specialists will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have about the process of an inspection. We are also available to liaise with the other professionals on your team, such as your insurer, real estate agent, or legal advisor, should they require technical information or otherwise. When booking your inspection, we can arrange all details of access and scheduling with all parties.

All services are confidential and our clients are fully protected by our strict privacy policy. We communicate directly with you and work on your behalf, providing confidence in inspection results.

OUR INSPECTORS leave no stone unturned. After 25 years of industry leadership, we have developed an investigative process that will give you every confidence in the condition of the property.

The professional inspection will examine the structural, electrical and mechanical systems of the property. We look at workmanship, quality of materials used, evidence of mould, asbestos, insect and pest infestations, water and air quality issues, underground oil tanks and dozens more potentially costly or dangerous conditions.

We invite you to attend the property if possible, where your inspector will present you with all the findings. Our inspectors will explain everything in easy to understand ways and answer any questions you may have. If you’re unable to be present, your inspector will email the report and schedule a time to review the findings with you over the phone.

INFORMATION IS POWER and at InspecTech we want to give you the ability to make informed decisions. Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed, type-written report outlining your property inspection results so you can make an informed, confident and fact-based decision.

Our inspectors create reports on location in a mobile office, so there is no delay in getting the information you need to make a decision. We’ll provide you with full inspection details on the status of the roof, plumbing, foundation, structure, electrical and all other aspects of the property that may be related to your decisions.

InspecTech reports are written in easy-to-understand language with clear, detailed photographs illustrating your inspector’s findings. You will receive the report in your choice of hard copy, USB drive, via email or all three.

WHILE OUR CUSTOMIZED REPORTS are designed to ensure that you have a solid understanding of your Inspector’s findings so you can make a fact-based decision, our services don’t end there.
