HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE?

Most inspections average three hours from start to finish. Obviously, larger homes, outbuildings or specialty installations will increase the amount of time necessary.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Cheque or Cash.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR MY INSPECTION?

No, we handle everything. Once you’ve contacted us to set up your inspection, we will take care of the rest. Once we’ve arranged access and availability, we will email you to let you know your inspection is confirmed and include pertinent information along with your inspection agreement.

WHAT WILL MY INSPECTION REPORT CONTAIN?

Your inspection report will contain all of your Inspector’s findings, including photo and typed documentation. All of our reports are detailed and custom written, no “tick-boxes”.

HOW QUALIFIED ARE INSPECTECH INSPECTORS?

InspecTech Inspectors are the best of the best. All of our Inspectors meet HIABC (Home Inspectors Association BC) certification levels and have diverse experience in building construction – an obvious asset in home inspections.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REPORT?

Your Inspector will prepare your report simultaneously with the inspection. You will walk away with all the materials you need.
